    My yoga journey started in 2016.I was in search of a gentle workout to stay healthy and active during my third pregnancy. Through friends I found a yoga studio where I could reconnect with my changing body and relax the mind in a safe and peaceful way.
A spark was lit at my very first hatha yoga class where I was surprised by the intensity and the wholeness of the practice for the body and mind. I did not expect to feel the muscles burning the way I had previously, with the challenging workout classes at the gym, while simultaneously feeling energized and relaxed. In 2022, after 6 years of regular practice in multiple studios and with a variety of teachers, I felt ready to discover more about the yoga history and philosophy. I received my 200H yoga teacher training certificate from the Yoga Life Belgium school in March 2023.
Although I am now a certified instructor, I remain a continuous learner. Open to all yoga styles, I most enjoy a strong vinyasa flow yoga practice with an accent on alignment. I wholeheartedly believe that yoga is beneficial for everybody and I hope to spread my passion with others.
